I am extremely disappointed and upset with this purchase. I chose this item because I absolutely loved the design and was really excited to use it. Today, I planned to wear it for the first time to an appointment, but when I took it out, I noticed a very visible scratch.
What frustrates me most is that I purchased it only five days ago and have never even used it. I have handled it carefully since the day I bought it, so I cannot understand how a brand-new item could already be scratched.
It is very disappointing to pay for a new product, look forward to using it, and then discover damage before even having the chance to enjoy it. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously question the quality of the product.

I loved the cream one with pi k so much I had to get the black one.
I love love my satchel I have it in black and had to buy the cream one too with pink on it. If I could I’d have one in every colour.

I got the bag in black. It is great for work and very stylish. Love the two sleeve pockets for quick access! Perfect for work and daily use.
