Very unhappy as I received a broken & previously returned watch. Tag was taped & not even attached
Poor quality & broken product I received that was obvious it was previously returned. One of the crystal bezzles was missing, the tag was taped and not even attached to the watch. Can’t believe a company as reputable as Michael Kors would even let it leave the shop in the condition it was in. Zero quality control as the box was even dirty and scratched. Terrible service and now my Wife is without a very special occasion gift.
