The strap near the toes is uncomfortable

Hard back strap

Run narrow and small - They did not fit.
I just received this shoe today. It is beautiful but runs small. I wear size 10. I ordered size 10 but I received the shoe in size 10M. They did not fit. I am returning them as soon as possible.
