I didn't receive the shoes, and Michael Kors charged me $20 for delivery without delivering the pair. This impacted my Christmas party negatively. I reached out to customer service via email, but I haven't received any response from them.

Beautiful but delicate
Wore to a wedding and the stones were falling off in my hands, and the front of one of the shoes started peeling. I understand being delicate but that’s a bit too delicate
