Can't put them on!
These boots only look good but are not practical. Every time I tried to put them on, it was a battle. The collar is rigid, and no zipper opens them up. I don’t understand how it passed review. I just wasted my money since I can’t wear them. A piece of garbage! I regret not returning them immediately, thinking it would soften up. Spend a little more and get yourself a nice pair of UGG instead.
