I would’ve scored this bag much higher if I have been able to get a thin Crossbody strap for it. The bag itself is really cute. I would like it if it was just a little larger, but it works quite well the way it is. I am not a fan of the wide strap with Michael Kors written across them. I think each bag that has that strap should have a second strap without the advertising which is interchangeable. I telephoned Michael Kors and asked their service department if there was a possibility of purchasing a strap for the bag and they said no. Instead of helping to solve my problem, they asked why I didn’t just return it which I thought wasn’t great customer service. I will keep the bag and see how it works out.
