Not How It Appears
I sent this purse back as the strap was a golden colour and not silver as it appeared online. I spoke to a customer representative and he concurred that it should be silver. I had to go to post office and return this purse and ordered a new one. Received my order and strap is still golden and not silver !! Not impressed and very disappointed !!
