Damaged
Cute bag but it came to me damaged under the top handle. Took it to the Michael Kors store in my area and the nice associate tried to see if the mark would come off but it was into the material.
I wanted to exchange it but it went up in price from the amount I bought it for and was told nothing could be adjusted in store for online purchases.
