Customer Service Sucks
How on earth is not possible to cancel or change the shipping address of an order. They only focus on sale. Once you purchased, you are on your own. It is very inconvenient. You should update your system and empower your customers.

Ready for color?
This bag is gorgeous! The silver hardware accents beautifully instead of a gold hardware.
It might be more of a summer color but I can't with that long since we have winter 8 months over the year haha.
I can't wait to get a wallet the same color 💜

Love this bag!
I really love this bag. Its in my favourite colour and is big enough to carry all of my stuff. It looks great! I wish the matching wallet was affordable!
