Several months ago, I bought this bag. I fell in love with it immediately and was looking for a new everyday purse to take everywhere. This was an online order. The color is brilliant and the leather is supple. My bag arrived flawless- not a mark or scratch anywhere in sight. Whoever packed my order was generous, because I was given a free dust bag with my order, despite the description mentioning there was no dust bag included. It was a pleasant surprise and I appreciate the care that someone took to make me happy!
I have now been using my bag every day for about 6 months. From the moment I received it, I have taken excellent care of it. The bag still looks absolutely brand new, like the day I bought it! So far, the quality and durability are very promising. Overall, I am extremely impressed with my experience. I'm thrilled to walk around with this art piece on my arm and would invite anyone else to give it a shot! This bag is high quality and perfectly spacious. Absolutely perfect for what I needed.
I am aware of negative reviews elsewhere online. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I personally had a wonderful experience with both customer service and the website. I wanted to leave this positive review because I am a real person and this was and is my honest experience. Felt I should share my purchase. Just to be sure of the quality, I waited half a year to submit my review in case normal wear and tear destroyed it. I am very pleased to say that although I've used the bag daily, it is still pristine in condition.
