Dissapointed
I bought this purse for my sister for Christmas and when it arrived, the chain was very scratched up and did not look polished. I own 2 MK purses and I have never seen thier chains to be that poorly made. Other than that, the purse was great. I expect more from Michael Kors’ products and am dissapointed with the overall product.
