Nails protruding inside boots! Terrible design malfunction that makes these boots unwearable.
I have worn these 3 or 4 times and noticed my heels were feeling sore after. I felt inside the boots and there is a protruding nail head in the bottom of each boot that digs into my heels when I walk. So unacceptable!

Size Guide Discrepancy
The quality of the product is really good, but the size provided in the size guide is not accurate. My UK size is 39, which corresponds to a US size 8.5 in the guide, but that size is too big for me. My correct US size is 7.5.
