Smooth online bad store experience
I bought a gift for my son, but he didn't like the color. I went to the Yorkdale store to exchange it, but had a bad experience at checkout. The cashier was rude, and even though it was my turn in line, she refused to help me and called another cashier to assist someone who came after me instead. I was upset by this treatment, so instead of exchanging the item for a different color, I decided to cancel my entire purchase and return the item. I don't plan to shop at that store again.
