Smaller than I thought
It's a nice bag and I appreciate the extra pouch and purse that it comes with but it's much smaller than I had expected. I was looking for a daily work tote and while my laptop does fit, there isn't a tonne of room for much else. The small purse is quite small and does not fit anything more than a card holder as far as a wallet goes. It also would be nice if it came with two crossbody straps so that while you have it on the tote, you can also have one strap on one of the other pieces rather than having to switch them back and forth.
