Returned and never got credit back
The chain is too heavy. Returned the item by mail and never get credit back. Trying to call and email their cs team. No one reply. Apparently they can't check if they credit back onto my credit card. Now i have to send in credit statement to prove that they did not credit back my $$. Ridiculous
