Not navy blue, more like denim color.
Definitely NOT navy. It is a washed denim. I have two Cecily bags (in black and in blush) and i love them but this one is definitely not navy. I wished I had read the recent reviews stating that the bag is not navy.
It is too late for me to return the bag since I unwrapped it in my basement and discovered that it was NOT navy when I went upstairs in my kitchen :(

Perfect bag.
I love the navy blue suede. I like the zippered closure and it's big enough where I can put my cell phone in it without the keys scratching it. It's perfect for me. Highly recommend.
