Very disappointed!
This handbag was a real disappointment. It is not real leather and it looks really cheap in person. I’m surprised. I expected more from MK, even at the outlet level. I’ve purchased many great quality items from the outlet previously. I dearly hope that this bag isn’t indicative of the direction MK is going in. In addition, while I had a wonderful in-store experience, I purchased this bag and other items online. And customer service has been abysmal with respect to trying to return my items. Aside from instire returns (too far for me to drive), they offer ONE method—Canada Post. And gee, things are unsure with CP regarding strike activity. MK has shown over and again that they are not customer-centric. They have been curt, condescending and incredibly slooow in their responsiveness. They haven’t even offered a future discount as an act of goodwill considering the hassle this has caused. My suggestion: if you don’t plan/are unable to make a store return and if CP is still threatening strike action, do try to ensure that you think you’ll like your product before buying as there is a real possibility that you will encounter an unhelpful, discouraging and lengthy process.
