Nice bag, well made. Would of looked better if the color was as pictured online. Much darker in reality. Also feels a bit too heavy. I would prefer if Michael Kors would focus on more leather than plastic material.

Disappointing Quality and No Customer Support
This bag was purchased for my international trip and was used for the first time. During boarding, the shoulder strap attachment tore off unexpectedly, causing public embarrassment and inconvenience. I tried to speak to someone about this issue, but no one responded. This reflects a serious quality and customer service concern.

Good quality, slightly darker than pictured.
Great quality and finish as always. Slightly disappointed that the colour is slightly darker tone than than is pictured. Still nice, would have liked it to be slightly lighter as is pictured. Still glad to buy and gift.
