I ordered this bag on line and was excited to get it. When I got it, the name "Michael Kors" was tarnished terribly! 2 letters in the "Michael" were black, and in "Kors" the "K" was black. I drove to a store an hour away and returned it- they felt it was not acceptable either the condition of the lettering. I took a chance and reordered hoping for better results. The second one just came in and is better then the first, but, still has a bit of blackish tone to the letters. I understand this is an "antique brass", however, the rest of the hardware on the bag was perfect and I feel they should have tried to better match the "Michael Kors" lettering better. I am still debating if I will bother keeping the bag or not. The style of the bag itself is amazing!!! I love how you can convert the look- very professional looking bag when sinched shut and still nice and roomy! And when open, is still really nice and holds even more. Love the bag over all, BUT, not so big on the lettering flaw! And this being the second one.....well, they should be doing better quality control.
