I bought these boots a month ago, and I already have to discard them. The right shoe top started deforming as I walked and eventually applying painful pressure from the top. First and last MK purchase for me.

Beautiful and comfortable to wear
Excellent boot, great looking, comfortable. I'm only sad the black ones is out of stock as I would have purchased them too.
Many are complaining about this boot being narrow but it's not. I have an average size feet and they fit fine. I think the issue is the zipper being on the outside of the boot rather than inside which makes it a bit awkward to put them on.

Perfect office boots
I love them, dress them up with trousers and dress down with denim. They are very versatile.
I don’t find them narrow at all, they fit me fine.
However putting them on is a bit difficult, the outside zipper should have been purely decorative as it doesn’t work as well as an inside zipper would. Other than that they are perfect.

Poor service at store!
The boots were great, the delivery service very good! Unfortunately the boots did not fit and I had to return them to the Michael Kors store. This was when the service was very poor. I took all the computer printouts to the store, unfortunately it was not enough. A week later I had a very nice sales associate that excepted all the paper work that I had and credited my account. Two trips to the store was very time consuming and totally unnecessary! I will continue being a MK customer, just not at that store!
