Features don't work
I loved my watch when I got it but 2 weeks later I'm having problems with it. The watch is no longer counting steps. This was one of the reasons that I bought the watch so it's very dosing that this could happen, especially so soon after getting it.

Horrible scratches
I have been looking for a nice smart watch for a while and I saw this one about a month ago and was excited when it arrived. The excitement was short lived when I opened it and it was horribly scratched everywhere, obviously used. Very disappointed in the quality of the product from a higher end brand like Michael Kors.
