Rated 1 out of 5 by RoseVanIsle from Stiff product causes zipper to scratch hands I purchased this backpack and was very disappointed that each time I opened the top, the zipper scratched my hands as the main “fabric” of the bag was extremely stiff. Boot up to the quality of the Kors brand.
