Bad quality- not durable
After using it several times it started to tear off, and a white wire went out of the side. I don’t recommend it at all

Stiff product causes zipper to scratch hands
I purchased this backpack and was very disappointed that each time I opened the top, the zipper scratched my hands as the main “fabric” of the bag was extremely stiff. Boot up to the quality of the Kors brand.
