Belt is nice adjusting it is a fail
Your site should have a written statement that they are one size fits all and a link on how to adjust the belts. Your customer service has no idea how to advise someone on how to remove the buckle and cut the belt you have to google it yourself.

Christmas Gift
I purchased this for my boyfriend who is a size 30. Since it is only one size it rubs large, however, he will get the belt fitted. It is just as nice as the picture!
