The comfortable crossbody strap is nice too - feels solid & doesn't detract from the chain detail on the bag. Thoughts on... Faux Leather - Yes, but so soft & looks great. Loved the shape and chain so gave it a try - glad I did! Open/Close - Tight at first, but after a few days of use, not an issue. Color - Optic white is a creamy white - very pretty. Size - Small but easily holds all the basics. Overall - an absolute yes! So love it am thinking of a second one in another color...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful But Won't Open Easily! I bought this purse as a gift for my wife and she loves the look and feel of it but it is very very difficult to open!!!! We don't live close to a Macy's and have no paperwork to send it back. What can we do to make this purse open easier? We even went to You Tube to see if there was a trick but got no suggestion! Help, because she would like to keep it. Her go 2 has always been Michael Kors.
