It made me feel like I ordered it from a knockoff website. It almost made me believe the purse was a knockoff too. I'm still debating that. The box was crushed and it had no kind of protection from getting damage. No wrappings around the handbag or anykind of protection but just a plastic bag. The tag also came with a sticker that looked like it was marked down, bought, returned, and resold to me. It wasn't even attached to the bag just in the inside pocket. According to the website, it comes with a dust bag but this came with none! Honestly, I'm still debating on returning it. I just might return it. It doesn't feel like the real thing. It's also peeling from the handle maybe from previous use.
