The purse was exactly as it was pictured on the website, however, for the price I paid for it I would think the material would have been better quality. It feels like cheap vinyl material instead of how a 400.00+ bag would feel. I probably won't be using it.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My bag showed received and I did not get. Wrote a review about it. Without any action on my part. The issue was resolved. 10 out of 10. Great bag and love how they took care of the situation.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with how the product was shipped. Paid for gift wrap and didn’t receive that. The product appears as if it was returned and shipped right back out. It had me questioning if the bag was even authentic or if I’d purchase through a fake site accidentally. First non- outlet MK bag and definitely not worth the price tag.
