Love how it fits on the shoulder unlike some bags that have a tendency to fall off the shoulder. The reason for the rating is the lack of functionality of the bag. The two inside pouches are too high, so it’s hard to get things in and out because of the zipper section. I with it had a spot for a water bottle (like an elastic holder within the bag) and it would be nice to have another zipper/small pouch on the back of the bag.
