This backpack is the perfect size and has many pockets. I have several backpacks from Michael Kors that are a bit larger but this one fits perfectly! With being 5’0 most bag in general are bigger. I fully recommend this purse!

Bad customer service
This item i bought and paid extra for express 2day shipping and it wasnt delivered for 5 days and came at the latest possible tume it can be delivered. When i reported this they did absolutely nothing about it. Not even an apology.
