Coat was wonderful, customer service Not Nice
The coat was wonderful and warm. But offering an actual trash bag to cover the coat and making a rude statement: "do you want it covered or not?" Determined my return and purchase at another store. The Staff processing a return with another customer offered a MK bag. Which made the transaction end nicely.
