Disappointed
I got the Vanilla Tote Christmas which I love, however would enjoy a softer feel to it so it would not stand straight up. But the dissatisfaction began when the snap came unsewed almost immediately! I called but I couldn't produce receipts properly, it was a gift so all I had was copies and that was not good enough. I have several bags I have bought and wallets, etc. never had any trouble but just with this website, so I will not be purchasing here again.
