Big instep issue
I can't get my foot past the throat of the boot. I have a high instep but not that high! The boot is gorgeous and the leather is soft. However, it is extremely difficult to access the boot. I wish it had a zipper. I will return these.

Missing boot
I was very excited to get my shipment to only open the box and find one boot (left foot) that was dirty and looked a little rough and scuffed. Called costumer service and they tried to tell me I can’t return it to the store. But I did anyways.
