Very disappointed with your service on that day
Two days ago I went to the outlet store in Niagara Ontario and wanted to buy a little pouch wallet on your reduced sale rack which was priced at $69 and the sign on it said 50% extra off and there was an extra sale on that price of 15% extra off everything in the store. I checked with the salesperson confirmed the price. Well to my dismay I was ready to buy it the sales clerk took the pouch from me and said yes that's the price.
Then she went over to the register to check the end price I was going to pay and suddenly returned to me saying it was priced wrong and I can't buy it, then took it to the back. I said to her that's the price on the shelve and how can she do that after confirming the price. I'm a classy person I just walked away but before I left a Customer next to me overheard her suddenly raise her voice to me and said she heard everything and she is in retail and I should get it at the price advertised on the shelve she isn't supposed to do that nor treat me the way she did when all I wanted was to buy it.
Now for the record I'm a very good client at your store and online and to be treat this way was disgusting and unpleasant left a bad impression of your brand. Not sure if I want to use the 20 plus pieces of your brand which I own.
