Disappointed
I’m disappointed in my purchase. The straps have come loose twice now allowing my purse to completely fall loose from my body. The first time I felt it and the second time my husband noticed it fall as he was walking behind me. Thank god! After the first time I switched the way it clips in and it still happened. I’m now worried to use it in case I loose it with all my contents inside. I’m also upset at how easily it scratches. For the price of this product I’m very upset

no dust bag for online shipping
ordered from online.Honestly, the bag is lovely, I like it. but MK online shipping is not honestly add the dust bag into the package as the promised online.
