The bottom is the problem
I read the other reviews but thought I would still try it but unfortunately the reviews that share that the bottom of the dress is not proportional to the top are correct. Even though it is meant to be a full skirt, the access fabric and very loose elastic in the waist made the skirt part droop. The fabric is nice..seems like good quality but I had to return it unfortunately.

Too big
I bought this dress in a medium. The top just fit and the bottom was huge. Had to return it not a true fit.

Sadly returned. Medium to small in chest, large to big everywhere else. Pink is a beautiful bold colour.
