Don't Pay Extra For Gift-Wrapping
The bag was great, but the service I got was lousy. I paid extra to get this item grift-wrapped. When I received the item, I was so disappointed to see it just wrapped in an ordinary white shipping bubble wrap. I emailed customer service, but did NOT get any reply back.
