Size up a half size
I try to put detail so people can compare as best as they can
Usually I am a typical size 7 women's (meaning length normally fits toe to heel)
Although a 7 wide is best fit for me ideally (width wise. Would consider myself a wide but not extra wide. Sometimes a shoe is made wider naturally and that's comfortable so not always necessary to go specially "wide")
Bought these in a 7.5 and they fit great
No squeezing in the width or length
Narrow toe area but since the top is made of fabric it has a bit of stretch to accomodate in the width
But not so much stretch that your feet look like they're busting out.
If you a regular 7 your feet would fit within the width. Mine stretch with the sock a bit but it's not a deal breaker
Heel area is hard but is comfortable feels like a wedge.
I had no problems slipping my feet in and out of the shoe
Other shoes that fit me and the sizes I bought them in:
Skechers Uno 7.5 (wide would have been more comfortable but it's fine)
Converse 6.5
Adidas superstar 6
Fila Disruptor II 8
Overall size up .5 to get desired length in this shoe
Wider feet can fit but will stretch with sock
Extra wide or true wides might want to avoid this shoe
