Strap not included!!!
I bought the purse thinking it came with the a long strap to wear it as a crossbody. To my disappointment when I called customer service I was told that it did not come with a strap as it is shown in the picture. Very disappointed.

I bought the black one, I think it nice. But this color I think it for summer time not for all season. What's more is I think this color was on sale before.
