Lack of organizing pockets
Outside looks great. Love the dusty pink colour that moves from summer to fall. Love the cross body strap. The interior design is very disappointing. No extra pockets for keys or phone or pens. They all get lost in the bottom of the bag. A divider would have allowed a higher degree of organization. I would not have bought this bag if the website pictures had shown the inside of the bag which would have revealed the lack of attention to organizing pockets.
