I placed this order as a gift and unfortunately due to inadequate shipping it was not received. I never received shipping updates until it was left on my doorstep as per tracking. When I got home from work there was no package. It had snowed so I carefully shovelled my walkway but nothing was left. Contacted support and they weren’t able to assist with refund or replacement. Such a heartbreak as I’m sure it would have been a beautiful watch. Unfortunate shipping policy and lack of care/handling. They should require signature upon delivery for such an expensive gift or at least provide frequent shipping updates along the way so I knew to plan someone to be home for delivery.
