Bought Black size Large. A hardware component was damaged and the offered to take it back. I reordered another and am very happy with it. It was well-packaged and everything was perfectly intact. My interaction with the customer care department was well above standard. I will look to Michael Kors before shopping anywhere else. Their interpersonal skills completely sold me on the brand and I know that they do value their customer's happiness. Thank you all for making my shopping/returning/shopping experience was perfect. Phew-hew!
I like everything about this jacket except like one of the other previous reviews it has a very funky smell to it? I know and love the smell of leather and some other odour has penetrated this item. I would have returned because of this alone but purchased final sale item.
