Issue with monogram
I ordered the Mercer small pebbled leather satchel as a gift. I noticed that monogramming was available for this collection. The letters are clearly slanted. How can a purse of this quality from a brand of high fashion ship out such a mistake? This is unacceptable. I am deeply saddened. Also, I understand that it is difficult to monogram pebbled leather, but the gold lettering doesn't even fill in the cracks.
