Poor customer service
Ordered two pair of shoes, one size is bit small so wanted to exchange or return. The item is not available in store for exchange. Only because I threw away the original shoe box and have the box for another size, I was told that I can't have the shoe returned.
I've never returned a purchase with Michael Kors for the past so many years. I am extremely disappointed that there is no exception offered in this scenario.
