Delivered a Returned Item (with Stain!) to me!
I was very excited to get this item and it was supposed to be for Christmas gift. However, when it arrived, I noticed a stain, and obviously it was a returned item because there were visible marks around the black dot that the person tried to wash it off, but he was obviously unsuccessful! I tried to complain this and spoke to a couple of customer service, sent 3 emails (with 1-2 weeks part), but ZERO response from email. and the Customer service weren't helpful at all.
I also ordered a blue sneakers, it also came with a stain and a bit dirty bottom (another obvious returned item). This is very disappointing as I have high expectations with MK products and customer service. but in both, they failed this time, without any help of making resolutions.

Great Sweater
Love this sweater. The quality of the fabric feels quite nice and the sweater itself is a little on the lighter side which is great for someone like me who tends to run warm all the time. The Michael Kors logo on the sleeves have a rubber texture to them.
