So pathetic service
Im really frustrated. I order this for a gift to my wife but unfortunately UPS DELIVERED IT IN A WRONG ADDRESS and i file a claim on lost product. But no response from them. When i chat with them after 3 weeks they said they close the file as it was not their mistake and ask me to contact the UPS.
I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS BRAND NEVER EVER AGAIN. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONCEN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
