The size is a true fit but unlike other reviews, for a size 8, the boot/calf area runs small and fits only half way in my case….they simply slouch more so I decided to keep them but beware of the calf area as this is made for finer legs….

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful if you watch them to slouch These look gorgeous for the 15 seconds that they stay up. My calves are average sized and these constantly slide down. I think they should be advertised as a slouchy boot cause that’s what they do. Not what i thought i was getting unfortunately. These are also expensive. Can’t return them since i had to wear them to find out they don’t stay up.
