Arrived damaged
The boots arrived damaged with multiple scratches on them. Also, they were quite wide and did not stay upright on my legs

Sizing
They are a weird size one boot is bigger than the other and it’s not because I have weird size feet. I’ve never had this issue. I will have to buy an insole for the one boot. It’s almost as if they sent me boots that have been tried on multiple times and they are not brand new. I’m definitely disappointed as I thought this would be a reputable brand.

Terrible quality control - bad customer service
Terrible quality control. I received boots that were badly creased and marked. The suede looked worn in, like I had worn them for a year. Not a dealbreaker but not what i expect seeing as I’ve paid for a new item, and MK isn’t consignment. I had a special event to wear them to the next day - so I reached out to MK for a sensible solution. I was hung up on 3 times, very long hold times, and disconnected from customer service via the online chat twice. Finally, I get through and I’m told I can return the boots or get 15% off. These boots in their current condition should sell for 50% off. It’s basic common sense. I never shop MK and I never will again. Gorgeous boots but if you want quality and good customer service stick with luxury brands and avoid MK.
