Monogram looked like someone tried to scratch it
I bought this bag partially because I wanted to have it monogramed as a gift. But the printing was really bad, it looked flaky like someone had tried to scratch it off. Very disappointed with this service.

Beautiful
My boyfriend bought this for me about a month ago for my birthday..I love the bag and it’s beautiful but it came with a white stain on the back of the bag, tried to wipe it off but it didn’t come off.. overall I love the bag.

Terrible
First time buying this brand, always was so hesitant but it was my sisters birthday and she loves it so I thought I would get her something from this site. Ordered this a month ago and no updates of where my purse is. Super upset with this service. Told me it was arriving “tomorrow” on Jan 13, and then after that haven’t heard of it since. Don’t think Ill be wearing this brand ever again. Regret this purchase already, especially because it was a birthday gift which was Jan 20, and I purchased this around December 28. You would think that they would be efficient in online orders due to the pandemic, but no.
