Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Quality, But.... The bag is of really good quality and the colour is as per picture. However it is being advertised as a 13" which is inaccurate. It is clearly a 15" or more size bag as it swallows my 13" mac. Given the number of reviews stating this it should have been corrected a long time ago, so either someone is not reading the reviews or does not care. I proceeded after seeing the reviews because I wanted the 2 storage compartments, figured a little more space in the bag would be handy for all my accessories, and didn't mind the idea of walking with it in my hands. Otherwise this bag would have really sucked as it very likely does not fit in most regular sized bags/purses and does not have a handle for easy travel which can be very cumbersome. Too big of a brand to have inaccurate product information and to not have corrected it yet. I give 3 stars for the quality and look of it.

I contacted customers services by phone and i was able to get back a refund of 10.00 for the first reduction it has been reduced again another 10.00 . I have written 2 times concerning this about getting a refund on that next reductions of 10.00 but no one has responded. I am quite disappointed as i could go to the store and purchase this case for 79.00 now. I would like to know if i will be receiving the second 10.00 reduction..it is so unfair in less than a month its reduce 2 times. I will return this casec if i dont get the 10.00 credited to my account . Could you please answer me asap. As this is the 3rd time i am reaching out for help and not getting any reply.
