Terrible customer service, product never delivered
While waiting for a delivery update I received an order cancellation instead. Despite the item still listed on the website, I would not receive this bag.
When speaking with the customer service chat, I was informed that my item was indeed cancelled and to contact a store for the bag. Both the store and outlet store were unable to help.
Since the ordering system has now asked to review a product I have not received a second time, it will now receive a 1 star review for poor performance and false advertising on the website. I will also never order online again.

It does not match the picture
I ordered this purse because it was almost an electric Barbie pink purse. It showed up and it’s a dark hot pink. It looks nothing like its picture. What’s worse is I bought it to replace a hot pink purse, because I wanted a lighter pink.
