The only thing I am disappointed is I did requested and pay for a gift box. they put the dust bag in the smaller gift box instead of the actual bag. I needed a bigger gift box for the bag not for the dust bag. Which may me sad because I am going to gift it to my Mother in law. I called the customer service, they said they cannot send a gift box alone I have to buy another bag for the gift box. Or send everything back and they will fix it. I don't want to send it back as I am afraid it will not comeback right on time.
