I love the bag,style,color and the way it looks..

My mom didn't like it
The online pictures look spectacular, but the actual item itself just seem to be cheap (compare to my chromexcel leather bag). I don't know is my preference or I don't know how to appreciate saffron leather, the leather just feels like plastic (and I read the online description it is coated patent leather). What's the point of plastic coating while you can't feel the actual grain and suppleness of the leather? I feel like we are paying the price for the brand name.... For my mom, like me, she didn't like the leather and the size, and told me to return it at once.... Though the return is fast and easy for online shopping, a definite plus to MK for that
